To proceed farther with the application, either online or offline, you must also provide further details regarding your and your spouse's Finances, Employment, and Contact information. These details will be used by us and provided to third parties, such as credit reporting agencies, solely for the current purpose. The details are retained by us for a period determined by applicable law. The Personal Information is never used for any other purposes without your explicit consent.

Good Faith Estimate

The Good Faith Estimate requires you to provide your Name and either your Email Address or your Fax Number, in addition to several non-Personally Identifiable details about the property you wish to purchase. These details are used only by us and only for the current purpose.

Calculators

No Personal Information or other data is collected via our Online Calculators. Only non-Personally Identifiable data is collected from the Online Calculator pages in the same way as the remainder of the Site.

Loan Tracking via iTrack

Normal use of the iTrack Loan Tracking feature requires you to login using Personal Information that is linked to your existing Loan Application in our system. Once logged in you are able to view details about your Loan Application. Normal functionality does not require the use of cookies. If you find an error on your Loan Application, please inform us immediately via one of the methods on our contact page, or talk to your Loan Officer.

In order to use the Automatic Login to track your loan via iTrack, we must set two persistent cookies on your computer. This is an Opt-In service provided for your convenience, and no extra Personal Information is collected when it is utilized. The Automatic Login is activated only when you select the option box entitled "Save my login information on this computer" while logging into iTrack. You may remove the resulting cookies at any time by clicking the "Log out of iTrack" link on your iTrack Details page.

Contact Form

Information you provide via our contact form, including Personal Information, is used only for the current purpose, as deemed appropriate by your request or inquiry provided in the message you send to us.

Other Secure Web Services

Limited access to specialized sections of our site is provided by logging in using Personal Information, including your Email Address and your Password.
