Bring This Information to Loan Application

Here's what you generally need to bring to your meeting with the loan officer in order to expedite your application processing:

  1. Home address - past 2 years/landlord.
  2. Names & addresses of each employer - 2 years.
  3. W-2's - past 2 years. Copy of YTD (Year to Date) pay stub, driver's license and Social Security card.
  4. Names, addresses, account numbers, and balances of all checking and savings accounts. Copy of 3 months statements for each account.
  5. Names, addresses, account numbers and balances with monthly payments for all open loans.
  6. Address of other real estate owned, value and copy of lease.
  7. For V.A. loans - Certificate of Eligibility
  8. If self-employed - 2 years complete tax returns.
  9. Copy of divorce decree/settlement (if applicable).
  10. Copy of bankruptcy and discharge (if applicable).
  11. Copy of contract/settlement statement on sale of home (if applicable).
